In the spring we have a good steelhead run in all the streams and rivers in the area. We also have a very good smelt run in the Little Gravel River which runs by our property. People come from all over the area to net smelts. They stay at our motel to fish.
In the summer there is a great deal of tourist traffic and business from locals as we have numerous cottagers and year round residents moving into the area.
In the fall grouse, bear and moose hunters in the area comprise a great deal of the business.
For 8 1\2 months we heat all the buildings and all our hot water with an outdoor wood furnace which is extremely efficient.
There is plenty of space to add additional cabins or camping area and in the past few years we have been receiving numerous requests for housekeeping cabins.
