There are numerous sheds, one tool shed, one for storage of the John Deer riding mower and a children's tree house.

The cottage is on one lot. The other larger lot is treeded and unoccupied ready sell or build. This lot has a north and east facing sand beachs. This property was two lots and have been deemed as one for tax purposes. They would have to be subdivided again.

Internet can be accessed through a smart phone for a computer.
